About SMS messaging on DriveRetention

DriveRetention LLC operates a platform that sends SMS text messages to a dealership’s customers on that dealership’s behalf. When you receive a text message related to your prepaid maintenance plan or service, it comes from the dealership you do business with, delivered through the DriveRetention platform. These terms describe how that messaging works.

Who messages come from

Messages are sent by the dealership (the business you purchased a plan or service from), using DriveRetention as its messaging provider. The message content reflects that dealership’s communications.

Types of messages

  • Service reminders.
  • Appointment confirmations.
  • Prepaid maintenance contract expiration alerts.
  • Special offers, where you have opted in to receive them.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by dealership and your activity, typically 2–4 messages per month per customer.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive SMS messages from that dealership through the platform.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also contact customer service at info@driveretention.com or by contacting the dealership directly.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with SMS messaging is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
